Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Items that are personalized, custom-made, or final sale are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at service@essentialsclovip.shop with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include the RAN in the package.

  4. Ship the item to the designated return address. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Keep the tracking number as proof until the return is completed.

4. Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria.

  • If the item does not meet the return conditions, the return may be denied.

  • Customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their return via email.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved.

  • Refund amounts may be reduced by any non-refundable shipping charges if applicable.

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items that are damaged, missing packaging, or not in original condition.

6. Exchanges

  • If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
